Good size room, comfortable bed with flat display screen television, hairdryer, tea/espresso, 2 armchairs which was appreciated. Lovely pleasant staff, who looked after us nicely, particularly as we have been visiting at a time of great restrictions due to Covid-19. Food was superb – we enjoyed our one dinner on the hotel and all of the breakfasts, which have been cooked and delivered very efficiently.

We booked a normal double room which was large enough for us. The shower was beautiful as was the breakfast. A pretty comfortable lodge which is a 10 minute walk away from the centre of York. Breakfast was properly organised and a good choice. There is a small automobile park which you must pre-e-book and pay for. Had a great keep here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
